If your organization is billing claims acting as your own trading partner (not through a contract with trading partner or clearinghouse), you will need to enroll as a trading partner on the new web-based platform, which will require an OH|ID. Updated information about the new OMES is available on the ODM website, and includes information on EDI Connectivity, WEDI SNIP Edits, and TRADING PARTNER Identification Number (TPIDs).

What Actions Should Trading Partners Take to Prepare?

TESTING and TIMELINES
Trading Partner testing will be conducted in the ODM OMES Certification / testing environment. ODM encourages trading partners to take advantage of this testing opportunity to confirm that their EDI transactions will continue to process through the new OMES EDI solution. Testing for the transition will be communicated at a later time. Please ensure your email contact information is current.

All Trading Partners:

• EDI Portal Enrollment for all Trading Partners: April 18 to May 27, 2022
• Voluntary End to End Testing for all Trading Partners: TBD
