OneEighty, a private, non-profit organization that provides comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavior health services in and around Holmes and Wayne Counties is seeking to hire a full-time ResidentialCase Manager who will assist in the recovery of persons suffering from the effects of substance abuse dependency through assessment of client needs within the community, linkage with community resources, and transitioning clients successfully to various levels of care.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Counseling required. One-year experience in the field of substance abuse counseling, preferred. Must have CDCA license or ability to attain within first 90 days of hire.
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty’s vehicle insurance. Local travel may be required.
  • May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.
  • If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety.
  • Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or able to attain certification.
  • Must submit to Criminal Background Check.
  • Must be trained in administering Narcan.
  • Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Electronic Health Record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong teamwork and organization/time management skills.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client issues and agency matters as defined by professional ethics and applicable laws.
  • Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers. Ability to work as a team.
  • Must maintain appropriate boundaries with clients as set forth in Agency Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintain records in accordance with standards established by professional organizations and national organizations.

 

Work Schedule and Benefits:

Full-time, nonexempt, 40 hours per week. Schedule and hours determined at hire. Some evening and weekend hours required.

Pay Range:

$13.00/hour - $20.00/hour
