OhioMHAS has continued hosting meetings for the 340 Review Stakeholder Workgroup to identify sections within ORC Chapter 340 in need of review, identify specific challenges, explore potential solutions, and produce a summary report for the DeWine administration and Ohio General Assembly. The Ohio Council and several member organizations are active participants in the stakeholder workgroup.

In June, OhioMHAS hosted a public comment session as an opportunity for all stakeholders to share feedback and offer possible solutions to improve ORC Chapter 340. If you were unable to participate in the public comment session, you can still submit written comments at any time to [email protected]. The Ohio Council strongly encourages all member organizations to share feedback as part of this public process of the 340 Workgroup.
