ODM released their revised OhioRISE rule package for CSI comments in early March.  The revised rules were substantively improved and reflected numerous changes based on feedback from the Ohio Council and other stakeholders over the past many months.  The Ohio Council submitted additional rule comments as part CSI comments and ODM’s response reflects they have made several additional changes based on feedback.  We anticipate ODM will file this rule package with JCARR shortly in order for the rules to be effective July 1, 2022.

Separately, OhioMHAS filed the MRSS rule as well as 5122-24-01, 5122-29-30, and 5122-29-31 to support MRSS implementation with JCARR.  We would note that OhioMHAS recently shared the new (final) MRSS Practice Standards have been posted  on the Wraparound Ohio site and are referenced in the proposed rule. The public hearing will be held on April 19th to receive any additional feedback and recommendations.
