Ohio General Assembly Update: June 2022

The Ohio General Assembly has adjourned for the summer and is not expected back until after the August primary and November general elections. While no formal legislative session will be occurring, members continue to participate in local matters, address constituent concerns, and engage stakeholders on matters of importance. Now is a good time to reach out to your state lawmaker to introduce your organization, share information about your services, discuss your challenges, and offer yourself as a resource. Developing and strengthening our legislative relationships now will benefit our collective advocacy efforts and strategies in the future.
