On June 23, the Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) announced that the full package of proposed OhioRISE Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) rules were reviewed by the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) and final filed to become effective on July 1 for the launch of OhioRISE. ODM held 49 advisory councils and workgroup meetings and worked with stakeholders to develop this final package of rules and expressed appreciation for the work and support through this process.
