Free In-Person Training Opportunity: Assessing and Managing Suicide Risk Core Competencies for SUD Providers

The Ohio Suicide Prevention Foundation (OSPF) is hosting a 1 day in-person workshop designed to train Substance Use Disorder (SUD) providers on how to recognize and assess suicide risk, plan for client safety, and manage the ongoing care of at-risk clients. The training is scheduled for Friday June 17th, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg, OH. The training is free, but there is a $25 fee for lunch and beverages. The Zero Suicide Institute at EDC will be providing 6.5 CEs to APA, NAADAC, and NASW professionals.
