Buckeye Pathways is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing behavioral health program in the Columbus, Ohio area. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable clinician who can provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or family counseling.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with other providers and community partners.
• Maintain compliance with applicable Ohio behavioral health requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LISW or LPCC license required.
• Experience in outpatient or community behavioral health preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
