This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Manager based in Defiance, OH. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring the accurate management of billing, coding, and revenue collection. Duties include monitoring practice management operations, addressing claim denials, ensuring compliance with medical coding standards, and managing payer relationships for optimum reimbursement. Collaboration with relevant teams to optimize workflows and streamline processes is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management, including claims processing and collections activities
• Experience in Practice Management and operational workflows
• Knowledge of managing Denials and implementing solutions to improve reimbursements
• Strong understanding of Medical Coding standards and practices
• Familiarity with Managed Care systems and payer contract management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a healthcare or mental health setting is a plus
