Job Description:
The Ranch of Opportunity is hiring for a full-time Clinical Director. The Clinical Director will oversee a group of Therapist's.

The Ranch of Opportunity offers a peaceful, spacious, and healthy environment for girls ages 13 to 18 that have experienced trauma to live, learn, and grow in a residential treatment center. Our mission is to create new chances, new choices, and new hope for traumatized children and their families by breaking the vicious cycle of child abuse and addressing the self-destructive behaviors brought on by experiencing severe trauma in childhood.

Job Skills/Requirements: The responsibility of the Clinical Director (LISW or LPCC) is to supervise a team of residential therapists and ensure that they are meeting the needs of the clients in the residential treatment center. The Clinical Director will also facilitate groups and perform individual and family therapy.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health related field.
• Licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or as an Independent Social Worker (LISW).

Other:

• This position also requires candidates to pass Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and have proof of auto insurance
• Prior experience as a clinician with children preferred
• Prior experience as a supervisor preferred
