Bayshore Counseling Services is a dedicated non-profit outpatient behavioral health agency committed to providing essential addiction, mental health, and prevention services. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our community through compassionate care and innovative treatment solutions. Offices are in Sandusky and Port Clinton, Ohio.

Summary:

This pivotal role involves strategic oversight and operational management to ensure our mission is fulfilled effectively within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staff.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, including funders, community partners, and clients.
• Lead initiatives for process improvement to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for business development and program expansion.

Qualifications:

• Experience in senior leadership roles within behavioral healthcare/social services.
• Experience with non-profit organizations a plus.
• Master’s degree in social work or counseling with Independent licensure with Supervisory credential.
