Clinical Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY:

The SUD Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the management and oversight of the SUD Department, consisting of SUD counselors, Integrated care counselors, SUD case managers and peer supporters. The SUD Supervisor works with the VP/COO in maintaining compliance with Ohio Department of Mental Health, and Addiction Services, CARF, CND program mission, philosophy, and key principals. 

Education:

Master’s degree in human service or behavioral science with Three (3) years of experience in the field of chemical dependence and mental health treatment. 

Licenses, Credentials, Certifications Required Licenses, Credentials, Certifications Required:

  • LISW, LPCC with supervisory endorsement or in process of obtaining supervisory endorsement with one year SUD supervisory experience.
  • LICDC with supervisory endorsement or in process of obtaining supervisory endorsement a plus.
  • OR LSW or LPC with LICDC with supervisory endorsement or in the process of obtaining supervisory endorsement, with three years supervisory experience.
  • Must have experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess an ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Candidate must possess excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Candidate must have an attention to detail, flexibility, and strong ability to multi-task with the ability to work without supervision and demonstrate considerable initiative to complete tasks. 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a valid Ohio driver's license; must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screen. Must be Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
