Mental Health Clinician- Youth Home. Full Time This is A Great Opportunity for a Full Time Therapist. At ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions we offer unique and individualized care to children, and families in our ICF Youth Homes. Our three Youth Homes are on a single campus. Responsibilities may include:
- Performing comprehensive diagnostic assessments and client safety plans
- Providing individual and/or family psychotherapy
- Developing curriculum for therapeutic groups
- Participation in therapeutic milieu
- Working with each youth and their families to work toward reunification
- Development of treatment plans
- Completing comprehensive and succinct progress notes.
- Participation in multi-disciplinary care team overcoming barriers to family reunification
Requirements for this position include:
- Social Work/Professional Counseling License or equivalent: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S
- Experience in family therapy and counseling is desired
- Experience working individuals with ASD or IDD diagnosis is preferred
- Experience within a home/community or residential setting is desired
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
- Working understanding of computers including web searches, email, Outlook, Word, Excel, and general computer knowledge
