CHC Addiction Services - Akron, OH

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction. 

We are looking for a part-time LPN to work at RAMAR, our Residential Facility. Will be responsible for providing appropriate and timely medical services and medications to Residential Patients. 

Duties include:

• Reviewing medication pass log at the beginning of each shift
• Assisting with medication box fill for each patient weekly
• Adding medications to medication boxes in between medication box fills if needed
• Obtaining urine drug screens on residents and partial residents.
• Admitting and discharging, transcribing medication the EMAR.

Minimum requirements:

• Graduate of certified LPN program, current Ohio LPN license, and current CPR certification.
