Job Duties

• Providing mental health and/or substance use Counseling, Diagnostic Assessment and Group services to individuals and families
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintaining appropriate documentation for services 

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
• Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we’ll help!)
• Training in evidenced based treatment models to promote recovery (3yrs experience preferred)
