Merakey is seeking a Full Time Dual Diagnosis (Mental Health and Developmental Disability) Program Director based out of Bellefontaine, OH serving west-central counties. 

Responsible for clinical and operational oversight of the Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) through management of all relevant functions related to ensuring the highest level of fidelity to the DDTT model and mission. Position requires direct supervision of program operations. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assure development of individual recovery treatment and support plans
• Attend/facilitate required support/treatment meetings inside and outside the agency
• Collect and interpret statistical information to monitor program trends and performance
• Direct, manage, maintain, and monitor clinical support/treatment
• Ensure adherence and compliance to program best practices, Merakey policies, and outside agencies
• Ongoing evaluation and review of activities and program goals with a focus on fidelity to program model
• Interfacing with clinical staff, consumers and consumers' families, other programs, and outside agencies
• Partner and collaborate with DDTT Psychiatrist and Pharmacologist
• Facilitate implementation and oversight of annual budgetary requirements and plan

Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (MH/DD) Licensed Program Director 

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in social work or Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, or another health and human service-related field.
• Licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW) or Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Possess at least two years of program management experience
• Experience in the behavioral health and developmental disabilities field for no less than four years.

Preferred:

Licensed as an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, Independent Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor, Independent Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor, Professional Clinical Counselor, or Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor 

Experience in the behavioral health field with:

Two years in a mental health setting.

Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
