You are a professional who has attained any acceptable qualifications such as: LSW, LPC or LISW, LPCC; have a valid Ohio driver’s license and CPR/First Aid Certification.

We are looking for someone who can provide mental health counseling and therapy to children, adolescents, and families in the natural environment of the client and be able to provide direct clinical treatment using methods prescribed by program principles and practices. You will engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement. 

You will develop/maintain consultative and liaison relationships with other agencies, programs and individuals in order to cultivate working relationships, ensure adequate consumer care, provide consultative service and/or promote the coordination and development of mental health services. You will play a key role in developing Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) and records consumer’s progress, completes consumer outcome instrument, and maintains necessary records and files. 

You will maintain a strengths-based approach while working with consumers and families to assist in the retention of dignity and the development of positive intrinsic qualities in the consumer; maintains fidelity to assigned program; ensures medical necessity of services.
