Must have a Master's degree in related field; a LSW or LPC; a NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number; experience providing services to children and/or families; and be able to work some evening hours.  LISW or LPCC preferred (must have a NPI number; an Ohio Medicaid number; and a CAQH account). Benefits options include flexible schedule, health, life, pension, paid time off, and more.
