Currently, we are seeking a qualified Nurse Manager of Psychiatric Services for our office in Xenia, Ohio. In this leadership role, you will provide oversight for all Psych Services programs and staff in all locations, including adult psych, youth psych, and Medicated Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opiate addiction. This position serves as the liaison between admin /senior management and psych services staff, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously, and to make changes to improve the efficiency and productivity of psych services. Additionally, this role assists the Associate CEO and CMO in managing the operations of the Outpatient Psychiatric Services unit. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Degree(s) required by State of Ohio for licensure as a Registered Nurse. Experience: Two years working in a Behavioral Health Services setting - prior Supervision experience required. Certification: Holds a valid and unlimited RN license in the State of Ohio; CPR Other: Demonstrated competencies for working with youth and adult psychiatric, SPMI, and Substance Abuse populations; able to demonstrate critical thinking skills, creativity, and has the knowledge to manage resources to achieve quality performance, positive employee relations, and compliance with TCN guidelines KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Knowledge of: Safety rules and procedures, Agency policy and procedures, Greene County area and resources, documentation requirements. Skills: Computer literacy, interpersonal skills. Uses critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties. Must have related nursing management/supervisory experience.
