Mental Health Crisis Services Manager (LISW/LPCC) Social Work/Counseling (Day Shift)

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clinical and administrative supervision and leadership to the ESS staff on assigned shift for all components of the ESS services; mobile, hotline and crisis stabilization. Assigns and delegates tasks to all ESS staff to ensure quality and timely response to client need and efficiency of staff resources. Provides crisis intervention and stabilization services for clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Manages daily affairs for the team. The shift is 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days one week and 4 days the next on a two week rotating schedule. QUALIFICATIONS: A Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
