Crisis Clinician (LSW or LPC) Social Work / Mental Health (Evening/Night Shifts)

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The primary responsibility of this position is to provide routine and emergency mental health assessments, diagnostic assessments, stabilization, crisis intervention, and treatment planning of clients in the community, in the Residential Unit, and on the Crisis Hotline. Essential duties include triaging phone calls and walk-ins, providing face-to-face counseling to help stabilize a crisis situation, managing the medication room and monitoring self-medication of clients, utilizing Trauma Informed care approach. All job functions are performed under the supervision of the ESS team leaders and shift supervisors. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health related field and L.P.C. or L.S.W.
