Mental Health Crisis Services Manager (LISW/LPCC) Social Work/Counseling (Night Shift)

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clinical and administrative supervision and leadership to the ESS staff on assigned shift for all components of the ESS services; mobile, hotline and crisis stabilization. Assigns and delegates tasks to all ESS staff to ensure quality and timely response to client need and efficiency of staff resources. Provides crisis intervention and stabilization services for clients with mental health and substance abuse disorders. Utilizes the Trauma Inform Care approach to promote healing in a safe, stigma-free environment with compassion for all people. Manages daily affairs for the team.
